The SXF-40-FHS, a Suez Selex cartridge filter with a nominal retention rating of 30 microns is 40 in. in length with one end being a 226 O-Ring while the other is a Fin using Silicone seals. Selex filters are made from 100% polypropylene and are a precision, graded density cartridge that provides a high particle retention efficiency that equates to the performance of absolute rated filters. Selex filters have a very sharp particle cut off point and come in six different baseline Micron ratings, each designated with a letter. Each of these different baseline numbers are assigned five different efficiency ratings from 90% to 99.5%.
